Civil Law
Your story matters
It does not matter what area of Law you are involved with, if your case cannot be presented with good counter-evidence and reasoning you have a high risk of failure.

Mr C found that the house that he had invested in had been sold and his share had been taken as well. He went to a Land Registry Tribunal with a well thought out case full of evidence that showed he was entitled to his share despite the fact he had told his ex-partner he didn't want it. As a result he was awarded his fair share, quite a substantial amount of money.

Mr W had put a substantial amount of money into a home, but when he was due his money, this was withheld on the basis that he had given his money as a 'gift'. We were able to find evidence and reasoning that this was not the case. He was awarded a county court judgement in his favour.

Miss T had bought a car, and within a month it had broken down. The car dealership had refused to give her back her money. She took them to court with evidence that showed the car was faulty when it was bought. She was awarded a county court judgement and costs.

Mr S was accused of sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace. The case against him failed to look at the detail of how this accusation had originated, and, that Mr S could not have known. We also exposed facts that the accuser had been part of events willingly. As a result, instead of a Gross Misconduct finding and certain dismissal, Mr S was cleared and kept his position.
